Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns may be processed differently depending on which supplier the item was purchased from. Please contact us for more information regarding the return of a specific item.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can assess the problem and resolve it.

Exceptions/Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized items (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as cosmetics). We also cannot accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once your return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.

European Union 14-day return period

Notwithstanding the above, if the item is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without excuse. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns

We will notify you once we receive and review your return and let you know whether your return has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and ship your refund.
