Return Period:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- We only accept returns in case of defects, damage, or incorrect items.
- We do not accept returns for change of mind or for items without defects.

Return Shipping:
- If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Exchanges:
We accept exchanges only in the following cases:
- The item is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- You received the wrong item (e.g., incorrect size, color, or model).

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and you must provide a photo showing the issue.
If the item is not eligible for exchange, we will offer a refund instead.
